Sadly she is predeceased by her parents, William and Gladys Causey; brother, Clarence Causey.; sisters, Hazel McDaniel and Claudia M. Gore.
She retired after 30 years with Southern Bell.
Doris is survived by her sister, Betty McGee of Myrtle Beach, SC; niece Debra Livingston, Donna Thomas and Terri Harris; nephew, Eddie McGee.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff of Home Place to include Abbey, Destiny, Crystal, Amanda, Tina, Maddie, Felesia and Angela Bonnie, Jasmine and Sheila with Gentiva Hospice for all there help during this difficult time.
