Durwood Earl Lewis, 68, of Vanceboro, died September 5, 2013 at Vidant Medical Center.
He was a member of West Vanceboro Church Of God.
He is survived by his wife Anne Lewis, four brothers, William Lewis, Milton Lewis, Glenn Lewis and Cleo Lewis, all of Vanceboro.
Visitation will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, September 8, 2013 at West Vanceboro Church Of God, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 pm. Burial will follow in the Vanceboro Cemetery.
