He served his country and retired from the U.S. Navy, as a Chief Petty Officer. Mr. Hart is a Pearl Harbor survivor. He is preceded in death by a brother, Guy C. Hart , a sister, Myrtle F. Haynes.
He is survived by his children, George V. Hart (Brenda deceased) of Lakewood, NJ; Guy W. Hart and wife Ann of Jackson, NJ; Linda Graziano and husband John of Palm Coast, FL; Bonnie Marrinaccio and husband Robert of Mattawon, NJ; Virginia Melhorn and husband Ronald of Cocoa, FL; Cathy Mosher and husband Donald of Old Bridge, NJ; one sister, Virginia Pugh of New Bern; 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
