He is survived by his wife, Joyce Dean Nichols Brown; sons, William “Billy” Seal (Teresa) and George Paul Brown both of Bridgeton; daughters, Debby Gates (Allen) of Vanceboro and Mellissa “Missy” Hollar (Gary) of New Bern; brother, Jamie Edward Brown of New Bern; Sister, Sandy Crow of New Bern; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held 2:00pm Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the home of his daughter, Debby Gates 455 Wilmar Rd. Vanceboro.
