Glenn Daniel Lewis

Glenn Daniel Lewis, age 73, of Kinston, North Carolina went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Glenn was a kind-hearted and loving soul who loved his family and extended family tremendously. He enjoyed the simple things in life ... a pepsi-cola, hamburgers, and a plate of shrimp. He will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Mary Lewis; sisters, Minnie Arelano and Betty Wiley; and brother, William Lewis.

He is survived by his siblings, Charlie Lewis of New Mexico, David Lewis of Greenville, Fay Hancock of Pinnacle, NC, Martha Whitford (Billy) of Ernul, NC and Gary Lewis (Cynthia) of Belhaven, NC; and a host of cousins and extended family.

His graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, September 26, 2022 at Celestial Memorial Gardens in Vanceboro, NC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff and caregivers at Caswell Developmental Center in Kinston for the loving care provided to Glenn through the years.
