He is survived by his wife, Brenda Bennett Fowler, daughters, Ann Evans of Leland, and Rose Horne of New Bern; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 2:00pm Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Fowler Family Cemetery in Clarks.
Visitation will be Monday, June 1, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Cotten Funeral Home.
