Ian was a very special person, who touched many lives. He was a volunteer at CarolinaEast Medical Center. Ian participated in the Special Olympics (swimming & bowling), and Special Needs Baseball.
In addition to his parents, Ian is survived by his brother, Allan and his wife, Vickie B. Hoggan of New Bern.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 on Tuesday, February 28, at Cotten Funeral Home with funeral services at 7:30 with the Rev. Joe Glass officiating.
