Jessica Tory Arthur, 32 of New Bern, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2019.
She is survived by her parents Randy Arthur (Elizabeth) and Sharon Taylor, son, Riley Joseph Arthur, two daughters; Natalie Faith Arthur, Lillian Rain Hacker, two sisters; Kaitlyn Arthur, Srynea Nicole Ireland, and grandmother Mary Feuer.
Jessica was a loving mother, and a beloved sister and daughter. She loved life and was always willing to help others the best she could.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, January 4th at Cotten Funeral Home.
