Kay Francis Garner of New Bern died peacefully at Carolina East Medical Center on 9/30/21. She is survived by her daughter, Pat Maners and husband Doug Maners, by her grandchildren Tori Maners and Elizabeth Maners Stratton and husband Cam Stratton, her brother Claude Brantley Jr. and beloved pet dog Penny. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday 10/5/21 at 11 am at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
