Kelly Lee Holstein Holstein Rowe

She was preceded in eternal rest by her parents, Benjamin Franklin Holstein, Jr. and Winona Painter Holstein.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Wayne Rowe, her sisters, Sheridan and Kristen Holstein, uncles, Jack Painter and Tommy Holstein, mother in-law, Marie Rowe, one goddaughter, Ashleigh Campbell and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and sisters in-law.

Kelly retired from First Flight Federal Credit Union as Vice-president of Human Resources and was currently working at Harbor Point Contracting. She was a loving and devoted wife, sister, niece, daughter in-law and godmother, always giving unconditional love and devotion to her family, friends, and special companion, Cookie. She will remain in all our hearts forever through the lives of those she touched; especially those receiving the gift of life through her organ donations.

There will be a celebration of Kelly’s life at 11:00 am at Christ Episcopal Church, New Bern, NC on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. A reception for family and friends will follow in the Parish Hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Craven County Animal Shelter, 1639 Old Airport Rd., New Bern, NC 28562, your local SPCA, or a charity of your choice.
