He will be dearly miss by his children, Ricky Waters and Chris Waters; daughters-in-law, Sue and Angela; grandchildren, Josh, Paula, Savannah, and Ashton; and great grandchildren, Elaina and Ellie.
The family will receive visitors from 10:00-11:00 AM on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Cotten Funeral Home. A Celebration of Lee's Life will begin at 11:00 AM with Rev. Doug Cason officiating. The burial will follow at Celestial Gardens Cemetery in Vanceboro.
His life was highlighted by his love of Jesus, and is now in his arms.
