He was a retired Lt. Col. U.S. Air Force and a member of the Emerald Golf Club.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Brooks Brashier, two sons, John Brashier of Raleigh; David Brashier of St. Thomas, PA; one daughter, Susan Spath of Severna Park, MD; one brother, Charles Brashier and one sister, Geri Palczewski, both of California; and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:30 Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Faith United Methodist Church.
