

Linda was a devoted servant of the Lord and shared her musical gifts by playing the piano at Core Point Free Will Baptist Church. She was also a faithful member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Wintergreen Original Free Will Baptist Church. Throughout her working years, Linda drove a school bus, caring deeply for the children she transported each day. She was actively involved in the CMA Motorcycle Ministry and found great joy in thrift shopping, always appreciating simple treasures and good bargains.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Callie Croom; and her siblings, Lee “Shine” Ham, Myrtle Gagne, and Virginia “Jink” Pate.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, David Timothy Webber; her sons, Joseph “Joey” Brown (Starlene) and Julian Christopher Brown (Maggie); her daughters, Jennifer Stewart (Frederick), Joy Jones (Mark), and Darlene Lanter; her brother, Marvin Croom; her grandchildren, Kelsey Hogeback (Tim) and Annabel Brown; and her great-grandson, Lucas.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Cotten Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Wintergreen Original Free Will Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the Webber Family Cemetery.
