Louise was a devoted wife and mother and a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Arkansas State Teacher’s College and enjoyed a teaching career for part of her life. She loved watching Carolina Basketball and spending time at the beach.
She is survived by her brother Bob Love, her children Gary and David Morris, her grandchildren Bryan Morris and Elizabeth Aberegg, and her great-grandchildren Jacob, Chloe and Addelin Aberegg.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Thomas Dixon Morris.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Association, a cause that was dear to her heart, and in honor of her late husband.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Greenleaf Memorial Park Cemetery, 900 River Road, New Bern, North Carolina.
