Phil served our country by joining the National Guard. After leaving the military, he worked at Proctor and Gamble for 19 years. When he left there, he went into sales and retired from there. Phil enjoyed reading anything that pertained to History, especially WWII and the Navy. The main love that Phil had were his five precious cats. He loved them dearly.
He is survived by his daughter, Constance Sue Taylor (Jr.); son, Timothy Moore; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Nicole Coggins-O'Neal (Tyler); and sister-in-law, Cheryl Moody.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Moore; and parents, Felix and Ida Moore.
No services will be held at this time.
