Ruby was very involved in Craven County School system, which included being a teacher in the classrooms, computer labs, and libraries. For many years, she taught English to the foreign born. Ruby was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Havelock, NC. Ruby and Louis sponsored a little league team in Havelock for many years.
She is survived by her son, Terry Realini; and daughter, Patricia Fleming.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis Realini, Sr.; son, Louis Realini, Jr.; and grandson, Louis Realini III.
Ruby will be laid to rest beside her husband, Louis, at Greenleaf Memorial Park during a private service.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Ruby's honor to CarolinaEast Medical Center.
