He work with the southern rail road from 1962 and retired in 1989.
He is survived by his daughters Vickey Dudley Houston and her husband Van Houston of Reelsboro, NC and Denise Dudley Moore of New Bern, NC, his 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Evelyn Arnold Dudley; and daughter, Gloria Dudley Pettaway.
A Celebration of Victor's Life will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at 4:00 PM at West Vanceboro Church of God. A Visitation will follow the service.
