Betty M. Timmermann

She graduated from New Braunfels High School. She married Jerome Timmermann June 29, 1949 in New Braunfels. Betty was a home maker on the family farm and later worked at Naegelin’s then in the bakery at HEB for many years until her retirement. She was a member of First Protestant Church, Herman Sons Prince Solms Lodge #136 in Bulverde (for 80 years), and Comal County Sportsman Club. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 58 years Jerome Timmermann, daughter Sandra Keith, son Ray Timmermann, grand daughter Stacy Lindsey, grandson Troy Brent Collins, daughter in law Jo Lynn Timmermann, and brother Charles Schumann.

Betty is survived by Linda Collins (Kevin), Rodney Timmermann (Dana), Russell Timmermann, all of New Braunfels. Also 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Jared Collins, Brandon Ott, Trevor Timmermann, Robert Timmermann, Brandon Lindsey, and Ray Arce.

Public visitation will be Sunday April 12 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm with Funeral services on Monday April 13 at 10:00 am, both at Zoeller Funeral Home chapel with interment at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park, with services performed by Pastor Andrew Keuer of First Protestant Church.

The family would like to send a special “thank you” to the staff at Sundance Inn Care Center for providing care for our mother.
