Her and her husband Juan Machuca had only one child, Maria Elena. Cricelia was a teachers aide and also a teacher for CCD at Holy Family Church for many years. Cricelia did a wonderful job raising her daughter on her own and later Lisa Marie (her only grandchild) came along and she played an enormous part in helping raise her. It was when Lisa Marie was later married that Savannah Marie came along. Maria and Lisa Marie say after Savannah arrived they became chopped liver. Savannah was everything to her.
