Born on August 26, 1959, in Luling Texas, Diane shared a beautiful life with her late husband, Robert Fields. Their love was rooted in faith and devotion, and together they built a life filled with laughter, family, and shared traditions.
Diane was known for her green thumb, her legendary pancakes, and her thoughtful spirit. She loved cooking, gardening, painting, and caring for her family with unwavering loyalty. Her favorite color—blue-green—reflected her deep sentimentality, and her favorite birthday treat was her grandmother’s dewberry pie. She also had a soft spot for popcorn, pink roses, crossword puzzles, and classic Westerns.
She found joy in simple pleasures and treasured time spent with her dogs, her son Lee, her daughter-in-law Angela, and her extended family. She traveled, explored, and lived with quiet courage. Though her passing came too soon, her family finds comfort in knowing she is reunited with Robert, watching over them together.
Diane is survived by her son, Lee Fields, her daughter-in-law Angela Fields, and many loved ones who will carry her memory in gardens she planted, recipes she passed down, and the deep love she gave so freely.
