

She was born on February 23, 1938 to Ray Sr. & Gertrude (Bethge) Minor in Lavernia, Tx. In September 58 years ago, she married Roland Schneider in San Antonio, Tx. Dorothy grew up in San Antonio and she graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1957 where she was a member of the “The Purple Jackets” pep squad.
Dorothy was first and foremost a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing, painting, crafting and playing games with family and friends. Dorothy liked playing golf and attending events at the Elks and Eagles. She also enjoyed playing the washboard with her twin sister Doris.
Dorothy is survived by her loving husband, Roland Schneider; Daughter, Donna Hindman; Sons, Alan Schneider and Dennis Schneider; Grandchildren Amy Harmon and husband Jon, Tyler Hindman and wife Anna, Currie Luedecke and husband Jake; Great grandchildren, Kaylee Harmon and Jett Luedecke; Identical twin sister, Doris Wolfshohl and husband Edwin; Sisters, Marylin Strickland and husband William, Sharon Smith and husband L.C. ; Brother Robert Minor and wife Darlene.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ray W. Minor Sr. & Gertrude (Bethge) Minor; sister, Elsie Reynolds; brothers, Ray Jr., Carl & Paul Minor.
The family would like to thank Dr. Ted Trusevich Jr. as well as all of the medical professionals that took such good care of Dorothy at Resolute Hospital, Warm Springs Specialty Hospital, and Dabas Cancer Institute.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at Zoeller Funeral Home from 5 pm until 7 pm. Funeral Service will be Saturday November 21, 2015 at 1 pm at Zoeller Funeral Home.
