Dr. Douglas K. Burke, MD, age 53 passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024. Douglas was born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia to Larry Burke and Penny Burke.

Doug graduated from Texas A&M and later went to University of Texas Medical School. He practiced in Houston and New Braunfels at the Christus Santa Rosa Hospital.

He is survived by his wife Ruby Burke; daughters, Gabriella, Kenadi, and Melian; father, Larry Burke; brother, Kevin Burke and wife Shirley; He was preceded in death by his mother, Penny Burke.

A Memorial Service for Douglas will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa St., New Braunfels, TX 78130.
