Mrs. Emma Lou Bizer (nee Niedermeyer) passed away peacefully in her sleep October 12, 2017 at the age of 96. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Rev. Raymond Bizer; 2 sons: Rev. Don Bizer (Priscilla) and Mr. David Bizer (Beth); her brother Lt. Col. (rtd) Fred Niedermeyer (Barbara); 4 grandchildren: Matt, Katie, Lianna and Jeremiah; and other nieces, nephews and families. She was preceded in death by eldest son, Dr. John Bizer. Memorial Service at Faith UCC at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to Faith UCC, Eden Hill Communities, or the Early Childhood Intervention program (ECI), all of New Braunfels, or charity of donor's choice.
