Gloria Helen Medina

Gloria Kraft Medina, 73 born December 25, 1940 of New Braunfels Texas. She passed away on June 5, 2014. Gloria was married to Santos Medina for 7 years. She enjoyed gardening, walks in the parks, and spending time with her husband, children and numerous friends.

Gloria is survived by her loving husband Santos and her sons Michael Schumann and wife Brenda, Scott Schumann and wife Carla and one daughter Shannon Schwarz and husband Bruce; stepdaughter Gangie Gonzales and husband Rick, stepson Adrian Medina and wife Kimberly; grandchildren Mike Jr., Tiffany, Christopher, Stacee, Kiara, Dawn, Brandon, Zachary, Logan, Carter, Bruce Landon, Taylor, Justin, Alex, Matthew and Madelynn; great grandchildren Mike III, Dianna, Dylon, Shelby, Christina, Harley, Kendall, Maddison, and Jonathan; sisters Sylvia Graham, Cindy Garland, Connie Kopecky and one brother Larry Kraft along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her mother Clara Kraft, father Harold Kraft and brother Harold Kraft Jr.

Visitation will be held at Zoeller Funeral Home from 5-9 pm on June 9, 2014

Celebration of Mass will be held at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church on June 10, 2014 at noon with burial to follow at Fort Sam National Cemetery at 1:45

Pallbearers include the following: Mike Schumann Jr., Brandon Schumann, Logan Schumann, Carter Schumann, Bruce Landon Schwarz, and Justin Schwarz.

Honorary pallbearers are Christopher Schumann, Zachary Schumann, Taylor Schwarz and Alex Schwarz and Matthew Gonzales.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to VITAS Hospice.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church
