He is Survived by his loving wife, Marlene Davila; children, Jake Davila, Jr., Joseph Davila, Gabriela Davila, Alexandria Romero and husband Alejandro and Joshua Davila; mother, Minerva Davila; sister, Michelle Gomez and husband Carlos. He was preceded in death by his father Alfonso Davila and brother, Jason Davila.

A public visitation and viewing for Jake will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa St, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. A holy rosary will occur Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 7:00 PM, 615 Landa St, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. A mass of christian burial will occur Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 245 S Hidalgo Ave, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. A committal service will occur Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209.
