James “Jimmie” A. Ford, 73, of New Braunfels, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2014 at his home in New Braunfels, Texas. He was was born to William Powell Ford and Mary Josephine Ford in Jackson, South Carolina on November 24, 1940. He is survived by sons, James “Jim Bo” Frank Ford and wife Carol of Boerne, TX and Todd Odell Ford of New Braunfels; sister, Mary Eleene Henson; brother, Paul Ford and wife Sylvia; one grandson, Riley Cooper Ford; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, J. Luann Ford.
A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 12, 2014 at Zoeller Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held in Hill Country Memorial Garden at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Zoeller Funeral Home, New Braunfels, TX.
