Joe was born in Kittery Maine to Joseph and Elise on October 12, 1961. He went to school in San Antonio TX. He worked in restaurant management into his forties and spent the rest of his life in sales. In his free time, he enjoyed playing pool, riding motorcycles and spending time outdoors.
Joe is preceded in death by his parents Joe and Elise. His uncles Donald Breton and William Grosjean and his aunt Joanne Gorham.
Joe is survived by sister Carol Glass, brother James Steiner and his wife Norma, his son Joseph Donald Steiner III and wife Cheyenne, his son Jason Kyle Steiner and wife Jenea, nephews Justin Glass, Christopher Steiner, Anthony Steiner, and nieces Amanda Arguello, Kaeli Steiner and Hannah Steiner.
A memorial service for Joe will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa St, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
