Lawrence Xavier Schneider, 85, died peacefully at home Monday, March 2, 2020 He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Janell; son, David Schneider (Kristin). Born In Marion, Guadalupe Co., Texas to Hugo A. Schneider and Leona (Hoegenauer) Schneider. After graduating Schertz-Cibolo high school he attended San Antonio College and continued his studies at UT Austin, soon afterward enlisted in the U.S Navy as a Naval Aviator, with many carrier landings to his credit. In 1961 Larry graduated from San Diego State University, SDSU with a Bachelor’s Degree and completed a financial institution's Executive Management Training. In 1969 his expertise as a financial advisor inspired him to establish and solely run his own firm, “Trend Management”, until his retirement in Vista, San Diego County California 2015.
