Michelle R. Morris Ratchman

Michelle graduated from Griffith High School class of 1973. After graduating she enjoyed traveling and was able to visit many places throughout the States. She lived in Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ for many years before settling in the San Antonio Area. Later in life she decided to go back to school and attended San Antonio College and completed her Degree at the University of Texas San Antonio. She began Teaching for the local Head Start and after 8 years began mentoring teachers.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Ratchman; daughters, Melinda Nelson and husband Randy; Magan Long and husband Russ and Marcede Pullen and husband Lee; sisters, Pam Cook, Cindy Jursic, and Lisa Coapstick; brothers, Tony Morris, and Ted Morris; grandchildren, Cadin Long, Emily Long, Mason Long and Savannah Nelson; and Parents Theodore and Bernice Morris.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, March 20, 2010 at the Oakwook Baptist Church with Reverend Ray Still officiating.
