

Milton Perry Stephens, 75, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at his home. He was born June 6, 1947 to Carl Webster Stephens and Evelyn Miller Stephens in Homosassa, Citrus County, Florida. Milton graduated from Crystal River High School. He joined the Army and served in the 101st Airborne Division during the Viet Nam War. He later attended Texas Bible College in Houston, Texas earning a Bachelor's Degree in Theology. He worked over 30 years as a Metal Architectural Spotter. Some of his work in metal design can be seen at the Smithsonian in DC. Milton was a member of Christ Our King Anglican Church in New Braunfels where he was active in men’s ministries. He was also active in Bible Study Fellowship and loved to mentor others in the study of the Bible. He was a life member of the VFW post 7110 and served as their Chaplain for five years. He was also active in the Honor Guard. Milton loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and travel.
He is survived by his beloved wife Cynthia Turman Stephens; daughter, Christina Albin and husband Mark; son Jonathan Stephens and wife Crystal; and daughter, Teresa Stephens; son, Stacy Stephens, and Tracy Stephens; 10 beloved grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; sister, Frances Elizabeth Huggins and husband William Darrell; and numerous nieces nephews, extended family and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Daniel, James, and Charley.
A Memorial Service and Military Honors will be held on June 6, 2023 at Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels. A Committal service and placement of his urn will be held in Hill Country Memorial Gardens at a later date.
