Roy M. Flores

Preceded in death by his parents Luciano and Theresa Flores; sisters Antonia and Isabel Trevino and brother Joe M. Flores.

Survived by his wife Gloria; daughters, Patricia Vasquez and her husband Ruben, Laura Lopez and her husband Ramon; son , Roy Stephen Flores and his wife Angelica; grandchildren, Melissa Soria and her husband Jay, Victoria Nieto and her husband Marcello, Ruben Raul Vasquez, Jennifer Nieto and her husband Chris, Aurora Vasquez, Ramon Lopez, Jr. and his wife Danielle, Roy Stephen and Matthew Flores; great-grandchildren, Bianca, Savannah, Marcello, Micah, Patience and Elijah; siblings, Hortencia Molina, Emma Flores, Elva Lopez and her husband Charlie, Mary Rodriguez and her husband Robert and Valentine Flores and his wife Louise; sister-in-law Velma Flores.

He was a veteran of World War II in the United States Army, a lifetime member of Post 8930 – VFW and proudly served with the “Honor Guard Ceremonial Detail VFW Powell Memorial Post 8930.

Services will be Monday, August 29, 2011 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa St., New Braunfels, Texas. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Foundation.
