Theresa M. Jentsch

Theresa M Jentsch passed away suddenly on January 23, 2021 at the age of 59. Theresa was born on April 13, 1961 to Francisco and Flora (Rodriguez) Mendoza in New Braunfels, TX. She was one of twelve children. She married Abraham Jentsch on June 6, 1982. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who enjoyed gardening and playing Minecraft and Roblox with her grandsons. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Maria Hernandez, sister-in-law Margot Mendoza and brother-in-law Celestino Cruz. Theresa is survived by her husband of 38 years, Abraham Jentsch; son Robert Jentsch (Jessica), son Abraham Jentsch, Jr. and daughter Lindsey Jentsch; grandchildren Julius, Joseph, Tanner, Jasleen and Noah. Also surviving Theresa are her brothers Francisco Mendoza, Miguel Mendoza (Esther), Joe Mendoza (Aurora) and Juan Mendoza (Debbie), sisters Anita Moradi (Ahmad), Eva Paiz, Mary Gutierrez (Victor), Rita Gomez, Alicia Erdogan (Engin), and Elena Mendoza-Cruz, and numerous nieces and nephews. Theresa was so loved by her family and friends. She was a wonderful woman who will truly be missed.

Visitation will be held at Zoeller Funeral Home on Sunday, January 31st from 6-7PM with a rosary at 7PM. Funeral Mass will be held at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church on Monday, February 1st at 10AM with burial to follow at Hill County Memorial Gardens.
