Frank Solek, 93, of New Britain, passed away on Saturday, May 19, 2012. Frank was born in New Britain and a lifelong resident. He was the son of the late John and Teresa (Zajac) Solek, and a retiree of Fafnir Bearing. He is survived by four sisters: Jean Solek, Florence Solek, Helen Yokubinas, all of New Britain and Sophie Padova of Bayonnet Point, FL and a brother, Walter Solek of Newington and numerous nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by; four brothers, Henry, Joseph, Edward and Stanley Solek and a sister Ann King. Per Frank’s request, there are no services. New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
