Iris leaves behind her cherished family; daughter Luz Rodriguez and her husband Michael of New Britain, daughter Carmen Charon of Waterbury, son Robert Ortiz of Florida and son Juan Ortiz of Port Chester, NY.
Iris will also be dearly missed by her brothers, sisters and many grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to attend a period of visitation on Friday, May 25, 2012 from 10am-12pm, with her funeral service to begin at 12pm at the New Britain Memorial - Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Avenue, New Britain. Services will conclude with her burial in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain.
