Janusz Wawrzonek, age 56, of New Britain passed away unexpectedly on 03/29/2020. Janusz was born 02/15/1964 in Poland to the late Emilia Wawrzonek Zaladz and Aleksander Wawrzonek. Previously residing in Poland before making New Britain, CT his lifelong home in 1997. Janusz had an enormous heart and would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was gifted with his hands and could magically fix anything he touched. He was a hard worker, had an incredible sense of humor, and absolutely loved to make others laugh and remind them to not take life too seriously. He enjoyed being outdoors, gardening, smoking meats in his smokehouse, and spending time with friends and family. Just two weeks before his passing, he gave his children the greatest gift and memories that will be treasured forever, a trip to California where he spent an entire week laughing, joking and going on adventures with his children.
He will be dearly missed by his children, Justyna Wawrzonek of San Diego, CA and his son Wojciech Wawrzonek of New Britain, CT, his former wife, Krystyna Wawrzonek of New Britain, CT, his brother Kazimierz Wawrzonek and his family of Mielec, Poland, and all the people who loved him dearly throughout the years. He was predeceased by his two brothers, Ryszard and Eugeniusz Wawrzonek, and his parents Emilia Wawrzonek Zaladz and Aleksander Wawrzonek of Poland. A private burial will take place at this time. Funeral and memorial services will be announced at a later date due to current circumstances.
