It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our beloved daughter and sister, Justins. She was only 34 years old, taken from us far too soon, but in those 34 years she gave more love and light than many do in a lifetime.
Justins was born in Poland, and at the age of 13 she came to the United States, beginning a new chapter filled with courage and determination. Starting over in a new country as a young teenager is never easy, but that was who she was — strong, brave, and willing to work hard for a better future.
She graduated from New Britain High School and went on to complete the nursing program at Goodwin College and was currently working at Mid-State Medical Center in Meriden. She chose a profession that reflected her heart. Nursing wasn’t just a job for her — it was who she was. She cared deeply for others, always putting their needs before her own. Helping people came naturally to her.
At home, Justins was the heart of our family. She lived with our mom, Kazimiera, and lovingly took care of her and the entire household. She carried so much responsibility, yet she did it with grace and without complaint. She made sure everything was in order and that everyone was okay. Her love showed not just in words, but in her actions every single day.
She was kind, loving, and had a beautiful sense of humor. She loved to joke, to make people laugh, and to lighten even the heaviest moments. When you were around her, you felt cared for. You felt safe. You felt loved. She had a way of making sure everyone else was taken care of, even if she was tired herself.
Justins taught us what it means to be selfless. She showed us strength through quiet sacrifice, and love through everyday actions. Her life reminds us to be kinder, to check on one another, and to cherish our family.
Although our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the time we had with her. We will carry her laughter in our memories, her strength in our hearts, and her love in everything we do. She may no longer walk beside us, but she will always live within us.
Justins, you were an incredible sister, daughter, and friend. We love you more than words can express, and you will be truly and deeply missed — today, tomorrow, and forever
