

She was born in Poland and has lived in New Britain for over 40 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart and Holy Cross Church and retired from Msgr. Bojnowski Manor after 23 years of service. Krystyna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She lived life to the fullest always with a smile. She loved flowers and everything with warmth and color, she was known for her sense of style and warm personality. She had a special bond with her daughter and always told her how lucky she was to have her and to each other this was their greatest treasure .She always loved telling funny stories to her grandchildren and loved making them laugh while having a good time with them. She also enjoyed praying the rosary almost daily with her two grandchildren. She was a spiritual person and was always seen walking to her daily mass. Krystyna loved being with friends and family but her greatest joy were her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her devoted husband of 53 years, Stanley Wielblad; her beloved children, her daughter and dearest friend, Barbara Powojski and her husband Adam; her three sons Andrew Wielblad and his wife, Melissa; Mark Wielblad and Joseph Wielblad. She leaves two beloved grandsons, Adam Powojski Jr. and Mark Joseph Powojski; and her special grandsons, Adam. G. Krason Jr ; Arthur M. Krason and Alexander B. Krason. She is also survived by three sisters and a brother; Dorota Biesiada of New Britain; Maria Prazuch and her husband Andrzej; Agata Michalewska and her husband, Kazimierz; Tadeusz Biesiada and his wife Marta, all of Poland and a sister in law Krystyna Biesiada of Chicago whose husband, Stanislaw predeceased Krystyna .She leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 9:00 Am at New Britain Memorial Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain followed by a funeral liturgy at 9:30 Am at Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday, August 19, 2016 from 4:oo to 7:00 PMat the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain.(Directions, exit 37 off I-84 take a right at the exit, funeral home is 1 ½ miles on your right.
