William C. Eltman Jr., of New Britain, passed away Wednesday August 20, 2025 after a long illness at 75. Billy was predeceased by his parents William and Lucy Eltman. He is survived by his brother Dick and sister-in-law Cecelia Eltman of Berlin, nephews Eric and Jeffrey Eltman, David and Kevin King, a niece Kaitlyn Luciano, and several great nieces and nephews as well as many beloved cousins. Billy's family wishes to thank his care workers at Civita Care Center as well as the Hospice team from Hartford Health Care at Home.
Visitation will be Tuesday August 26, 2025 at New Britain Memorial, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain, CT 06053 from 10-11:30am. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home at 11:30am. Burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in New Britain.
