

He attended local schools and proudly served in the US Army during WWII.
He retired from Southern New England Telephone Co. after many years of service.
He was a member of Holy Cross Church and the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Adeline (Trela) Drobinski and three sons with their spouses, Edward and Sue Drobinski of New Britain; Robert and Judy Drobinski of Georgia and William and Katherine Drobinski of FL.
He leaves seven beloved grandchildren; Robert Drobinski and his wife Hayley; Damien Drobinski and his partner Geoff Johnson; Laura Ashley and her husband, Matthew; Michael Drobinski; Beth Ann Drobinski; Kelley Drobinski; Joshua Drobinski and his wife, Christina. Also surviving are four precious great grandchildren, Xander; Cassandra; Zoey and Shayne and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 9:00 AM at the New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain. Followed by the funeral liturgy at 10:00 AM at Holy Cross Church. Burial with military honors will follow in Saint Mary Cemetery.
Calling hours will be on Monday, June 10 th from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave. New Britain, Directions: I-84, take right off exit #37, 1.5 miles on right.
