To my dear friend Alex. You always were there when we needed and having the only condo around that didn't lose power in a hurricane, you were a safe haven in the yearly bouts with Florida hurricane season.  You were a joy to be around, especially when everyone assumed we were arguing but it was just our New York ways in sunny Florida. Be safe my friend. Now you're playing on Grinder with the buff young angels in the sky my friend. 

I met Alex 10cc White Plains , he was always kind, helpful and had a great sense of humor .. My condolences to his Family and Friends .

I’ll never forget meeting you at a work event.  You were all dressed up in an amazing suit, sat down right next to me and treated me like you had known me forever.  The world lost an awesome soul with a lot of energy and happiness, but one thing is for sure, God gained an angel.  Your positive attitude, humor, and sense of compassion were unmatched.  You will be greatly missed.  

I only knew Alex for about 2 years but he became a favorite fast. I will miss our slack conversations at work. Alex knowing I was relatively new to Verizon would always check on me to see if I needed anything, had any questions. I am so thankful I met Alex in person when he came to Bridgewater for a meeting. Such a warm, caring and extremely funny person. I miss you Alex . Rest in peace. ❤️

I don’t remember exactly when I met Alex, but I know it was a long time ago - over 15 years ago.

We worked together at Verizon, and both lived in Tampa at the same time. I know how much he loved and missed NY, so I was happy to hear he made his way back.

When I think of Alex, I love that he was always unapologetically himself. A tough exterior that was soft inside. He cared for people a lot and it showed. He was a kind heart, and I can’t imagine the countless people that will miss him.

I’ll never forget Alex offering to pick me up for a meeting we were attending at Verizon together in Tampa. As I waited outside my house for Alex to arrive, I saw this giant Cadillac barreling down the street towards my house. I couldn’t help but smile, because I just knew that it had to be Alex, and it was. Not the typical car you find people in their 30’s driving, but uniquely Alex. I jumped in and off we went, and I loved every minute of it. 

RIP my friend. I’m fortunate to have known you.


Alex and I have worked together over many years. I know he was so excited to be back in NY and just 2 days before his passing I literally commented on how well NY looked on him. 

Alex will be missed by so many. Such a fun, witty and spirited soul. My favorite memory of Alex, if when he added me to Facebook and provided his disclaimer and rules of engagement. This was in true Alex fashion!

Alex, it’s so heart breaking to hear you’re gone from this earth. I’ll always cherish the memories we made running around downtown with Kelli and Hal. Heaven has gained a very special angel. The world won’t be the same without you! <3

This was Alex’s last picture he text me when he arrived in NY. “ Hey how do you like the blonde I’m back”. He was so happy and couldn’t wait to reconnect with all his friends and family. RIP Alex I’ll never have another friend like you🙏🏻🙏🏻💔💔

I am still in shock. I can't believe you are gone. Gone way too soon. God called you back for some reason. He needed another angel 😇 🙏.  Rest in peace!

i know and have been working with Alex since 2008 and he has reported to me before and now. he was one of the best managers  i have ever had. he was always going beyond and above and was well known but his peers as someone who knew deep deep how to develop new pricing plans and promos in Verizon.  Alex and I met last week and I would like to tell you that he was happy, healthy, and energetic. he was very happy to be back in NY. he said i am very happy to be back at home!..  we will miss him and our prayers are with you and with Alex

My dear brother 

You will forever be missed! You were a great brother to me.  Always great company and had a great sense of humor always made a joke about anything. I love you so much Alex.  You will never be forgotten to my family and I. 

When we were all together in BR – just over a week ago - Alex was sharing his excitement about being back in NY, close to family and friends. He was so proud of his new apt, sharing pictures. He got a big kick out of his new car and we laughed that it was a pretty nice cat transport vehicle. Then the terrible news that he had passed away. My mind is numb – how is it possible? 
I’ll miss his laugh and his acerbic sense of humor; his ability to cut through the noise and get to the heart of the issue. I’ll miss him reaching out for my thoughts on a question he had – and him saying “thanks Mom” when I offered my “two cents”; I’ll miss his “love you”. We were a family and a team, and now a big part of that family is gone. Fly with the angels Alex.

My condolences to Alex's family.  I can honestly say it was never a dull moment with Alex, funny and honest at the same time.   He made our many calls over the years that much more enjoyable.   He will be missed by everyone he touched.    Prayers to his family and friends.

My very own Pitbull…. Alex was and will forever be an awesome guy. Someone who just loved being around good real people and who lived fearlessly. Rip buddy! I’ll never forget you.

We are absolutely heartbroken to hear about the loss of Alex; our beloved colleague and friend.  He was a beautiful soul and we can imagine the pain that your heart is feeling right now because we feel it too.    We are thankful for this memory of the time we just shared with Alex two weeks ago.  In your grief and sadness our hearts go out to you.  May precious loving memories bring you comfort for today, strength for tomorrow, and peace in the days ahead.  Please accept our heartfelt and deepest condolences.


Alex was one of a kind!  Kind, caring and funny.  We have worked together for a long time and he is going to be greatly missed.  Thankful for the time we shared together two weeks ago.  There are many hearts that ache for you at this time of loss.  And though no one can take away your sorrow, may the support and concern of others help give you the strength you need from day to day.  So sorry for the loss of someone so loved and who will be forever missed.  With heartfelt sympathy, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.  

Alex was like a brother to many of us and his infectious humor and attitude lifted up some many in his path.  He will be greatly missed and words can't express how he truly impacted all of our lives. Condolences and prayers to the family in this difficult time. 

I worked with Alex for many years and he called me “dad.”    The last time I saw him was in Tampa as he took me to one of his favorite places to hang out and have drinks and dinner.  We couldn’t be so opposites but we had some great times over the years.  He was looking forward to moving back to NY.  He will be dearly missed by me and many others. 

Alex’s kindness and quick wit will be dearly missed. It’s heartbreaking to lose someone so full of life at such an early age. I offer my sincere condolences to his family. May you rest in peace, Alex. 

Our earliest memory of Alex was the first day of Verizon Rep training. He will always be remembered for his quick smile and the quick wit he shared with his teammates. We will miss him terribly and will keep him and his family in our thoughts and prayers at this time of great loss.

Alex, I’m so sorry to hear of this news, we only knew each other from working a long time on projects at Verizon but you were always a great guy to me. You possess great knowledge, humor and always there to help guide.  The world has lost a wonderful soul.  God bless you and your family.
