Cheryl was known for her love of her family, baking, and vacationing at the beach. She enjoyed spending her life with family and friends. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters Lynn Cravello (Brad) Jill Cotier (Michael) her grandchildren Alison Henry(Todd) Gregory Cravello, Ashley Griffin (John Emmett), Danielle Armesto,(Andres) and Ean Cotier. Her great grandchildren Luke Henry, Reagan Henry, Emmett Griffin, Carolena Armesto, Beckham Griffin and Cristian Armesto. She is also survived by her sister Penny Dianis(Jack) and many nieces and nephews.
She was reunited in heaven with the love of her life Dennis Shortal and eldest daughter Heidi Shortal.
A viewing will be held at Michael J Higgins Funeral Home, New City on Tuesday September 30, 2025 from 4-8pm. The funeral will be held at St Pauls Church, Congers on Wednesday October 1, 2025 at 10am followed by burial at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Cheryl will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
