Eddie joined the fire department in February 4, 1996. He was first assigned to Engine Company 324 in Corona, Queens, NY. In 2007, he was promoted to Lieutenant and assigned to the 3rd Division. In October 2009, Eddie was assigned to cover a lieutenant spot in Engine Company 37, The Heart of Harlem. He was officially assigned a spot in Engine 37 on September 29, 2012. Engine 37 shares quarters with Ladder Company 40; making it one big, happy home. We could not have made it through the last 3 1/2 years without these men and their families. Eddie truly loved each and every member.
