Frances Ann Kelly

Frances Ann Kelly (maiden name Martini) of Little River, SC, aged 73 years old, passed away surrounded by her family on January 21, 2025. She is survived by her son, Ian Kelly, and her husband, Daniel Reh. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Michael and Madeline. She is also survived by her sister Teresa Meidenbauer, and her brother Fred Martini.

She was predeceased in death by her first husband Dennis Edward Kelly, to whom she was married to for over 20 years.

She cherished time spent with family, and her dog Ling-Ling. She loved to cook and watch British dramas.

Frances was born in Queens, NY to Catherine and Harold Martini on December 27, 1951. Frances married Dennis in 1971. Frances was the backbone of the family as she supported her husband’s career, as well as working full time for many years for her brother, as well as the Social Security Administration.

A remembrance will be held Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 9 AM at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home at 321 South Main Street in New City, NY followed by a burial in Brick Church Cemetery in Spring Valley, NY.
