Joseph A. Buchheit passed away on June 28, 2012. He was 94 years old. Joseph was born in Ridgewood on November 18, 1917 to John and Anna (Mueller) Buchheit. He worked as an administrative analyst for the Department of Labor for many years. He will be missed by all who knew him. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 6-8pm and Sunday from 2-4pm & 6-8pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, 10:30am, at St. Augustine's Church, New City, NY followed by interment at St. Anthony's Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
