Lee G. Gallo

Lee Gerard Gallo of New City, NY, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2025. He was 62. Lee is survived by his two sons, Austin and Graham, his siblings Michael (Kathy) and Erica (Scott), his nephew, Zachary, his uncle, Mark, and aunt, Sandee as well as several cousins. He was predeceased in death by his wife of 30 years, Meri.

Lee cherished time spent with his sons, siblings, friends, and colleagues at Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James & Associates, Inc.

In March 2024, Raymond James recognized Lee as the 2023 Alex. Brown Outstanding Operations & Administrative Manager of the Year. This award acknowledges employees for their commitment to company values and contributions to their branches, advisors, and teams.

He was born in New York NY to Joseph and Ann (Bell) Gallo on December 9, 1962. He married Meri Silverman in 1994.

Lee’s love of all professional sports was legendary, and he closely followed his beloved New York Mets and Jets since childhood.

A visitation will be held at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., located at 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956, on September 17, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Burial will take place at Rockland Cemetery, 201 Kings Hwy, Sparkill, NY 10976, on September 17, 2025, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
