Phyllis Ethel Mitchell of Glassboro, NJ, formerly of Pearl River, NY, died peacefully on June 28, 2025. Phyllis was born in New York, New York on May 9, 1932, and married George Mitchell on June 1, 1957. Phyllis was predeceased by her beloved husband, George Mitchell. Phyllis’ passions were her family, sewing and travel. She is survived by her loving children, John and Michael, their wives, Felicia, and Kirsten. Adored grandmother of Janet and Grace and dear sister of Doris and Trudy as well as many nieces and nephews.
Religious Services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Saint George Antiochian Orthodox Christian Church, Little Falls, NJ. Burial to follow at Saint Anthony’s Cemetery, Nanuet, NY.
