Richard, "Dick" Timothy Conlin passed away on September 11, 2011 at 71 years old in his home in Nanuet surrounded by his loving family. Dick is survived by his loving and devoted wife Barbara Jennings Conlin and his four loving daughters: Stacie, Barbara, Kimberly, Ginger Conlin-Russo, his son-in-law Frank Russo and his grandson Frankie Conlin Russo.
He was born on December 7, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY, and attended The University of Massachusetts where he starred as a basketball player. Dick is a proud Veteran of the United States Army as well as a retired restaurant and tavern owner.
The Conlin Family will receive family and friends on Tuesday night from 7-9PM and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at Higgins Funeral Home , located at 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956. A mass will be held on Thursday at 10AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church located at 128 Parrott Road West, Nyack, NY 10994.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dick's memory to United Hospice of Rockland, located at 11 Stokum Lane, New City, NY 10956.
