Vera LiPuma, born on July 9, 1933, passed away on February 10, 2026, at the age of 92. She was a resident of Orangeburg, New York. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Jane and Ann and her son-in-law, Drew. She is also survived by her grandchildren who were the lights of her life- Margot, Natalie, Andrew, Gab & Devin.
Vera was a devoted wife of 70 years to her beloved husband, Salvatore LiPuma, who died in March of 2022. Her greatest joy was being a mother and grandmother. Her bright spirit was felt by everyone who knew her. She will be dearly missed.
Visiting will be held at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Service Inc., located at 321 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956, on February 16, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at St Paul's Catholic Church, situated at 82 Lake Rd, Congers, NY 10920, on February 17, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.Burial will follow at Ascension Cemetery, 650 Saddle River Rd, Airmont, NY 10952, on February 17, 2026, from 11:45 am to 12:00 pm.
