William J. McManus, 81, passed away on January 16th, 2011. He was born on August 24, 1929 in the Bronx, NY to Anne (Ryan) and Thomas McManus. He was predeceased by his parents and his two sisters, Elizabeth Lukas and Eleanor Correia. He is survived by his brother, Thomas McManus of Glen Rock, NJ, and his 3 children, Alison Dolan of New City, NY, Greg McManus of Salem, Oregon, and Ed McManus of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held on Wednesday January 19th from 2-4 & 7-9 at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday January 20th at St. Augustine's Church at 10am followed by burial at Gethsemane Cemetery, Rockland Lake, NY.
