John D. Kelly "Jack" of Commack, NY passed on July 19, 2012. Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Friend. Jack will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Friends may visit at the Commack Abbey on Sunday July 22, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9PM A funeral mass will be celebrated at Christ the King RC Church, Monday 10AM with an interment to follow at The Commack Cemetery.
